3. Quotes and Payments
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Full payment must be made upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may vary depending on site conditions and additional work required.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the agreed start date.
Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun.
5. Responsibilities
We will ensure installations are carried out safely and in line with UK Building Regulations.
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property and providing any necessary permissions (e.g., landlord consent, listed building approval, planning permission if required).
6. Guarantees and Liability
All installations are carried out by certified specialists and engineers.
We provide guarantees in line with statutory rights and manufacturer warranties.
We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or alterations made by third parties.
While we take care to work safely and efficiently, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, weather, regulatory inspections).
